End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Curo Calculator App and Icon

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the Curo Calculator application (including the Linux desktop app distributed via Flatpak as curocalc-[version]-linux-x86_64.tar.gz and the Android app distributed as curocalc-[version]-android.apk) and its associated icon (app.curocalc.calculator.svg) (collectively, the “Software”). The Software is proprietary and owned by Andrew Murphy.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Andrew Murphy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software for personal or professional financial calculations on your device.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Redistribute, sell, lease, or transfer the Software to any third party without explicit written permission from Andrew Murphy.
• Use the Software for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this EULA.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Andrew Murphy retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. No Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Andrew Murphy is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
